President Sally Drew called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.

 Phillip Vollmer proposed building addition discussed and approved upon
submittal of updated plan.
 Tim Heard landscape improvements were discussed and approved.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

 Reminder of general meeting each month
 Website update
 Board roles and responsibilities discussed
 Road drainage discussed
 Emails for board members discussed
 New mailbox slots and the building of them discussed
