the owners and managing park. Each lot is owned by an individual. It’s private
property. We have an Association to manage the common areas. The Board of
Directors and Officers are all owners. We are volunteers for the Board of Directors,
Officers or Committee individuals. Each Owned Lot has a monthly assessment to cover
Operating Expenses. A Reserve Fund is set up to help with forecasted Capital Repairs
