🏕️ Rockport Oaks RV Park – Rules for Owners

Welcome to Rockport Oaks RV Park! To ensure a safe, clean, and peaceful community, all owners and guests must follow the rules below. These standards apply equally to both owners and renters.

🛎️ General Conduct

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily
  • Speed Limit: 5 mph throughout the park
  • Lot Boundaries: Walking between RV lots is not permitted

🚗 Parking & Lot Maintenance

  • No street or grass parking
  • Trash cans must have tight-fitting lids and be stored behind RVs
  • Lots must be neat, uncluttered, and well-maintained
  • No vehicle maintenance allowed on RV lots
  • No storage under RVs
  • Clotheslines are not permitted
  • Post-style lights must work and operate automatically
  • Lot numbers must be clearly visible at all times
  • Tasteful artwork/flags allowed if securely fastened
  • Perimeter fence must maintain natural color
  • Wi-Fi antennas must be mounted on RV, shed, post, or slab

🚐 RV Standards

  • Age Limit: No RVs over 10 years old without board approval
  • RVs must be clean, well-maintained, and operational

🏠 Structures & Buildings

  • Exterior buildings must be on concrete foundations
  • No fencing allowed except perimeter fence
  • Temporary sheds (plastic/metal) are not allowed

🚽 Septic System Use

  • Use only septic-safe toilet paper
  • No wipes of any kind, even if labeled septic-safe
  • No personal shed connections to septic (washers, sinks, toilets, showers)

🗑️ Trash & Burn Piles

  • Park dumpster is for household trash only
  • Break down boxes before disposal
  • Do not leave trash or dog waste outside
  • Prohibited: personal items, debris, branches, furniture, etc.
  • Burn piles are for COA and owners only – no household trash

🚲 Bicycle & Kayak Storage

  • Store inside sheds, mounted on RV/vehicle, or secured on racks

🐾 Pet Policy

  • Limit: 2 dogs per lot
  • Leash required at all times
  • No unattended dogs or tethering to trees
  • Dog pens allowed only when owner is present and removed daily
  • No nuisance noise from pets
  • Owners must clean up after pets
  • Prohibited breeds: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Wolf Hybrids

🧺 Laundry Room

  • Keep area clean and tidy
  • Turn off lights, close windows, lock the door after use
  • If money is lost, leave a note with name, lot #, and amount

👧 Children

  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times

🏠 Rental Process

  • All rentals must go through the Rental Pool
  • Contact the COA Board for rental info

⚖️ COA Compliance

Rockport Oaks RV Park operates under a Condominium COA and abides by its Declaration and Bylaws. These rules apply equally to owners and renters.
